Opening soon at Central's 'L Place' is a new restaurant and bar concept set to rival the world's coolest venues.
The man behind the kitchen is Chef Jason Black, previously of frog face fish. Its menu combines fresh sustainable seafood with succulent dry-aged steaks from around the globe.
“We have pared everything back to basics. Premium ingredients, precise cooking and an unfailing passion to showcase comfort food at its best. There are no foams, or flash in the pan ingredients from a chemistry set- it is simply food you can put a knife and fork to.” he says.
Shore is also serving one of the most exciting drinks selections in town over a 10,000 square foot split-level with 'Onshore' and 'Offshore' zones, separated by a winding staircase in the centre.
Its highlight is the spacious 1,800 square foot outdoor lounge with large comfortable sofas ideal for al fresco cocktails and casual lunches.
