New Japanese restaurant MASU Robatayaki & Sushi opened to a full house last week (18 July 2012) at its Lan Kwai Fong location in On Hing Terrace.
The party kicked off with a traditional sake barrel breaking followed by the presentation of a giant tuna fish flown in from Japan.
In the video, co-owner Mango Wong (王秀琳) tells us where the name MASU comes from with special commentary from Hong Kong singer/DJ Angela Au (區文詩 and model Eunis Chan (陈嘉容).
