Buzz Concepts have done it again with their latest bar and restaurant located at LKF Tower. The concept is taken from the dine and wine scene from the turn of the 1900's paris, London and New York, when restaurants, speakeasies and brasseries were the life force of the central urban market.
One of the most popular names in New York City at the end of the 1890's was Lily and references the Parisian salons of the early 1900's and pre-war Supper Clubs in old American cities. With old school lounge seating and banquettes, a seated bar and warm lighting, Lily is easily one of the sexiest places to have a drink in this city.
The cocktail menu is small and focused on forgotten classics. Best of all, the snacks menu which features everything you could want from Foie Gras Torchon (HK$98) to Spicy Noodles (HK$128) is available until 3am.

Downstairs is Bloom, a New York style supper club and bar. The menu is Western with classics such as Roasted Salmon Steak caramelized fennel, foie gras in red wine reduction (HK$159) and Iberico Pork Chop and Smoked Ribs braised red cabbage, sage marmalade (HK$276).
