High Tea Weekend

Langham Place has just launched a series of four contemporary chic afternoon tea sets that will run daily from 3pm to 5:30pm.
 
Each afternoon tea has been named to reflect it's style.
 
SINFUL
Mon-Fri HK$189 for two. Sat, Sun, PH HK$209 for two
For the sweet tooths out there, this is a wickedly indulgent selection of eclairs, cupcakes, cheesecakes, macaroons, white and dark choc dipped strawberries, Nanaimo bars and Valrhona chocolates.
 
TOMORROW
Mon-Fri HK$249 for two. Sat, Sun, PH HK$269 for two
A spread of haute cuisine including duck liver terrine in Serrano ham on pumpkin chutney, spiced salmon tartar in papadum cone, beet and French goat cheese ravioli, seafood ceviche in gazpacho sauce, as well as some sweet goodness in the form of pavlovas, mango sushi and beet jelly with dark chocolate.
 
EAST
Mon-Fri HK$229 for two, Sat, Sun, PH HK$249 for two
An Oriental medley of freshly steamed char siu, siu mai, mini tandoori chicken wraps, Peking roast duck rice rolls, curried crab meat and pink grapefruit on cucumber, cold soba noodles, curry puffs, mango and sago soup, cupcakes and green tea creme brulee.
 
FOREVER
Mon-Fri HK$199 for two. Sat, Sun, PH HK$249 for two
The traditional English high tea offerings of smoked salmon, truffled egg, tomato, brie and smoked duck finger sandwiches, scones, French pastries and Valrhona chocolates.
