California wine pairing dinner at Yan Toh Heen

From today until 30 June 2012, dine like US Vice President Joe Biden with an eight-course Cantonese dinner at Yan Toh Heen paired with Californian wines from Hall, the same wines he was served at the US/China Vice Presidential dinner held in Washington D.C. earlier this year.

The special Cantonese menu showcases fresh seafood from California including wild salmon, sea urchin, dorado and cod fish, with a 2006 Schramsberg, Blanc De Blancs, Brut, Napa, California (sparkling wine) to begin the evening.
 
The Hall California wine pairing dinner is priced at HK$1,488 plus 10 percent service charge per person.

Satay and sugar cane highlights at The Grill

The Grill, a great place for al fresco dining, is putting the focus on exotic satay and sugar cane skewers from 31 May to 6 June 2012.

Satay lovers should plan a meal at The Grill this weekend.

Available for both the dinner buffet and weekend brunch, sink your teeth in a variety of skewers including squid, chicken, beef, pork and shrimp grilled on demand, along with healthy salads, seafood on ice, homemade desserts and fresh juices from the buffet spread.
 
The barbecue dinner buffet is priced at HK$490 from Monday to Thursdays and HK$520 on Fridays through weekends, while the weekend brunch buffet is priced at HK$398 (all prices subject to a 10 percent service charge).

Seafood Wednesdays at FEAST

Wednesday nights just got more exciting with FEAST's new mid-week seafood night. New executive chef Colin Gouldsbury and his team have added new dishes to the antipasti counter including salmon and prawn terrine and tuna carpaccio, in addition to freshly shucked oysters and tiger prawns.

Have a bite of tuna with mango salsa at FEAST's seafood nights.
