Anniversary specials at Doppio Zero
Having celebrated their first anniversary last month, Doppio Zero brings some brand new additions to their menu. Notorious for its homemade pastas, chef partner Jake Addeo prepares a scrumptious soft-shell crab tagliolini, which is lightly battered with milk and flour prior to being fried. Also being introduced this season are the ricotta crusted lamb chops.

Finally, Doppio Zero recommends one of their house wines to compliment your meal. Chef Addeo suggests the Kofererhof Pinot Grigio (HK$750) to go with the crab and the Ciacci Piccolomini, Brunello di Montalcino Riserva (HK$1,800) to enhance the succulence of the lamb chops.
