Sunday brunch at Sakesan

Brunch just got a whole lot more interesting with the new semi-buffet style brunch at Sakesan. Now on Sundays, you can chow down on endless salad, sashimi, maki rolls, gyoza and more. Then choose among choices like rib-eye steak with creamy yuzu koshu, Chilean sea bass with sweet miso, half spring chicken with barley miso and more.

Japanese food is the perfect cuisine for Sunday brunch.

This buffet is priced at HK$258 for adults and HK$168 per child. For an additional HK$100, you can also enjoy unlimited sparkling wine, house sake, red and white wine, coffee and tea.

Two Michelin-starred Chef Moreno Cedroni has created a special set dinner menu available for two nights only. Indulge in fine Italian cuisine with dishes like amberjack with leeks, lemongrass sauce, flowers and fried amaranth, warm sea bass Carpaccio, creamy Parmesan tortellini and more.

Two Michelin-starred Chef Moreno Cedroni will be preparing two more set dinners.

This set dinner is priced at HK$1,585 per person or HK$3,000 per couple plus 10 percent service charge on 16 May 2012. On 17 May 2012, this set dinner is priced at HK$1,800 per person plus 10 percent service charge.

Thai classics at Café Kool

Everyone loves Thai food — it’s complex, fresh, tasty and always so full of different flavours. Café Kool presents its new Thai food buffet menu with dishes such as tom yum seafood soup, deep-fried mixed vegetables with herbs, barbecued duck with red curry, fish ball with green curry and many more of your Thai favourites.

Deep-fried fish with sweet andsour spicy sauce (Pla Lad Plik) is a crispy and flavourful must-try.

Fresh fruit temptations at Loong Yat Heen

Fruits are nature’s candy and also the perfect ingredient to refresh and treat our bodies for the summer. The chefs at Loong Yat Heen have creatively incorporated different sweet fruits into dishes like sautéed scallops with red and green apples (HK$228), stir-fried garoupa fillet with young ginger and pomelo (HK$228) and stir-fried fresh shrimps with papaya and gingko (HK$208).
