Oyster season at Lobby Lounge
Jet-fresh oysters are the perfect thing to feast on during the hot summer season. The Lobby Lounge creates a fun, interesting twist with their trio oyster shooters dish — the trio includes a Bloody Mary, Queen Elizabeth I and a tequila ghost that helps bring out the sweetness of the oysters.

Sunday brunch at Sakesan
Brunch just got a whole lot more interesting with the new semi-buffet style brunch at Sakesan. Now on Sundays, you can chow down on endless salad, sashimi, maki rolls, gyoza and more. Then choose among choices like rib-eye steak with creamy yuzu koshu, Chilean sea bass with sweet miso, half spring chicken with barley miso and more.
This buffet is priced at HK$258 for adults and HK$168 per child. For an additional HK$100, you can also enjoy unlimited sparkling wine, house sake, red and white wine, coffee and tea.

Chef Moreno Cedroni at Domani
Two Michelin-starred Chef Moreno Cedroni has created a special set dinner menu available for two nights only. Indulge in fine Italian cuisine with dishes like amberjack with leeks, lemongrass sauce, flowers and fried amaranth, warm sea bass Carpaccio, creamy Parmesan tortellini and more.
This set dinner is priced at HK$1,585 per person or HK$3,000 per couple plus 10 percent service charge on 16 May 2012. On 17 May 2012, this set dinner is priced at HK$1,800 per person plus 10 percent service charge.

Fruits are nature’s candy and also the perfect ingredient to refresh and treat our bodies for the summer. Health-conscious lunch at FINDS
The hot summer season always has a way at playing with our appetites, making us in the mood for lighter, fresher meals. This week’s FINDS set lunch menu includes a roasted king prawn risotto, feta cheese penne, large salad and more.
