One Harbour Road at the Grand Hyatt has invited Master Chef Felix Zhu from 28 Hubin Road at Hyatt Regency Hangzhou to present authentic Hangzhou cuisine for guests and gastronomists in Hong Kong.
Hangzhou cuisine is famed in China for its freshness and delicacy in cooking. The cuisine reached its peak when the royal court during the Sung Dynasty moved its capital to the city.
Master Zhu will present dishes such as Traditional Style 'Dongpo' Pork served with Chestnut Pancake, Crispy Mandarin Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce and the famous Beggar's Chicken filled with Bamboo Shoots and Pork.
