Dubbed as the '21st Century Grand Cafe' overlooking Victoria Harbour on the 49th rooftop floor at the new boutique hotel by Pacific Place, Cafe Gray Deluxe marks Chef Gray Kunz's return to Hong Kong.
He's spent over 20 years in New York where he has earned numerous awards, including a Michelin star at Cafe Gray, at the Time Warner Center.

“Returning to Hong Kong, where people have a passion for high quality cuisine, is a dream come true for me,” said Chef Kunz. “Our menu will be infused with the freshest ingredients, organic meats, exotic delicacies, and new ideas from the heartland of America to the food capitals of Europe, to the islands of Asia.”
The menu is said to hover around HK$350 per head for lunch, and HK$650 per head for dinner including wine.
Cafe Gray Deluxe will kick off with a private cocktail on Thursday 1st of October and will open to the public on Friday 2nd of October, as will the The Upper House hotel.
