Jules DeStrooper smores, limited edition Pocky and Oreo Mcflurries "double fisting" apple pies -- these are just a few of the wicked food items you'll find on Nicole Fung's offbeat Hong Kong food blog, That Food Cray.
We asked Nicole to give us a look at a typical day in her life through Instagram, which of course, involved plenty of nommilicious food shots:
7:15am

Good morning! This is my hood over on "The Dark Side."
7:30am

Starting the day off with some sunny side up eggs! My love for eggs is indescribable, especially poached. My fiance’s first gift to me was a set of egg poachers <3 -- that’s when I knew he was a keeper.
8:00am

Ready for the daily office grind. I may be a food blogger but I pay for my food through working a 9-6 middle office banking job. #SeriousBusiness
9:00am

View from my office in Pacific Place, Admiralty.
9:15am

Time for my first cup of coffee -- grande, half sweet, sugar-free vanilla, non-fat, caramel macchiato. I am essentially useless and cannot function without caffeine.
12:30pm

Yay, it’s lunch time! Meeting up with the Hypebeast/Hypetrak crew for Thai food at Sawali Club in Wan Chai. From left to right - Iveet Shiau, Alex Maeland (aka. the Fast Food Gourmand! He’s also the man behind the Hypebeast Instagram feed), Petar Kujundzic, Ambrose Leung, Alex Lendrum and my man, Eugene Kan.
12:35pm

Working the food blogging gig during lunch (snapping some food porn for the brog -- That Pomelo Salad Cray !!!) Sawali Club makes killer pomelo salad and Tom Yum soup. We finished with the coconut tapioca pudding which left us all with happy endings.
4:00pm

Afternoon tea accompanied by Sift’s salted caramel chocolate cupcake. I try to watch what I eat during the weekdays but Friday to Sunday is when I go HAM on food. #TGIF
6:15pm

I don’t want to bore you with the details of my day job so I’ll fast forward through the rest of my workday. One question I always get asked is, “How are you not 500 pounds?”
Unfortunately, I have to hit the gym at least twice a week and I try to do as much walking as possible (I’m now walking from Admiralty to Central).
