Regulars of the Kim Robinson salon will recognize Lorena Severi's name as she has been in the industry for decades and comes from a background with four generations in the hairstyling business, styling some of the world's most noted celebrities including Kate Moss, Brad Pitt and Catherine Zeta Jones.
As with all salon hotels, it is a truly pampering experience where clients begin their visit with a personal style consultation and then are treated to a customized aromatherapy head, neck and shoulder massage. The staff really look at the type of hair you have and give treatment recommendations to improve the healthiness of the hair.
Under Lorena's watch, she and her trained team can create a versatile range of contemporary looks in round about 90 minutes. It is also one of the only salons in Hong Kong where you can purchase Philip Kingsley products.
