With mixed martial arts (MMA) being one of the fastest growing sports in the world, it's no wonder that EPIC MMA Club has just opened in the heart of Central.
Located on Queen's Road Central, the 15,000 square foot (1,394 square metre) training facility is gigantic for Hong Kong standards and offers small group and individual programs in a variety of martial art disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), muay thai, capoeira, Western boxing, EpiCORE and MMA.

The world champion trainers at EPIC include lead trainers Rodrigo Medeiros and Silvio Braga, a BJJ expert and four-time gold medalist in the Pan-American Games, and BJJ national champion respectively.
